Returns & Exchanges

At Tiffany Lamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal lighting; if your lamp doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all stained glass panels and hardware intact to ensure a safe transit.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 2.
    Pack with Care

    Carefully disassemble the lamp and wrap the glass shade in the original protective foam and double-walled box to prevent breakage during return shipping.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned lamp for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
